Hi, I’m Sanchia, a certified infant sleep consultant based in The New Forest, but here to help anyone anywhere.

 

As a mother of two, I know first-hand the importance of sleep for both babies and parents. With my first, I experienced a difficult year of sleep deprivation, a common occurrence for many new parents. Desperate for respite, I made the decision to seek professional help, a choice that proved to be one of the best I've made. Not only did this decision restore the sleep I was desperate for, but it also provided me with invaluable education about my baby's sleep needs, knowledge that was sorely lacking as a first-time mum.

However, not long after the whole family started sleeping through the night I found out I was expecting with my second baby. 

 

This time around, armed with the understanding of sleep fundamentals, I was able to seamlessly integrate healthier sleep practices without resorting to any sleep training methods. The remarkable contrast in my children's sleep patterns was nothing short of astonishing, inspiring me to pursue a path as a qualified sleep consultant to guide other families on their journey to restorative sleep.
